Engineering Services

nControl's services are designed to span the life of industrial machinery and energy storage projects. Our services start at project inception with capital budgeting support and continue thru production. We work with clients to:
  • Estimate the capital expenditure (CapEx) required to automate a system.
  • Formulate and refine specifications and requirements.
  • Design motion systems to achieve application objectives.
  • Calculate the physics to optimize motion systems (system sizing).
  • Design the control architecture.
  • Select products based on the requirements and the client's business needs.
  • Design and build electrical systems from the mains to the machine output.
  • Design and program the motion and control application.
  • Create user-interface (UI) mock-ups for customer feedback and approval.
  • Create the UI for the application control software.
  • Install and commission the system.
  • Troubleshoot once in production.
